With an area of 6,500 m2, the Natural Garden, created in 1996, presents various natural environments of Île-de-France.
If you walk in the 20th arrondissement or you visit the Père-Lachaise cemetery, the natural garden offers a pleasant stopover of nature. Limestone lawn, meadow, pond and urban wasteland, it has been made in respect of natural cycles (the meadow is only mown two or three times a year). An ecosystem that shows nature as it was when Paris was still a countryside.
As for the atmosphere, you will find there locals who come to read on its benches. At the bottom of the garden, crossing the rue de Lesseps, you will find two play areas, one reserved for the little ones.
