The jardin d’acclimatation is a compromise between amusement park and multi-purpose public garden. In other words, it is an ideal huge garden for a week-end family outing ; kids will find a vast number of activities adapted to their ages and parents won’t necessarily waste the budget allowed for the stay.
Indeed, entrance fee is very affordable (2,90€) and several activities are free. You will be able for example to visit freely the aviary, the kitchen garden or the small zoo and its animals.
You will moreover find many play areas, one of which becomes during summertime a beach-and-play-area with sprays, deckchairs and sandboxes. The other attractions are expensive… if you do them all! (1 or 2 tickets per attractions – 1 ticket costs 2,70€). You will find standard attractions range, from roundabout to small boat stroll.
