Art in general, and especially the purchase of original works, often have the reputation to be reserved to an informed clientele. It is to overcome these clichés taht has been created in 2009 the Great Affordable Art Fair, whose 12th edition will take place at La Bellevilloise (20th arrondissement) on 21, 22 and 23 March.
Great Affordable Art Fair : Accessibility and friendliness
Great Affordable Art Fair has been created around two values : accessibility, and friendliness. Starting from the premise that public was interested in artistic creation but do not dare to push galleries doors, the event offers, in addition to discover talents more or less known, to meet directly artists.
Like the artists’ workshops open days that take place several times a year in the capital (and that Un Jour de Plus à Paris always supports), the Great Affordable Art Fair is an original way to see contemporary art, and offers direct access to creation.
More than 40 artists and 200 original works
During the 3-day, forty artists will present and exhibit more than 200 original works signed and certified. Paintings, sculptures, photographs, drawings, textiles … The works are for sale for affordable prices ( between 150 and 5000 € ) .
A real meeting between artists and the public, and the opportunity to acquire works at attractive prices !
